These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of noviramae.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from Novira Mae (“Novira Mae”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are a Hong Kong-registered company selling and delivering products exclusively to customers located in the United Kingdom.

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or place an order.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to process and manage orders.

Novira Mae is a trading brand operated by Hefbud Limited, a private company registered in Hong Kong. We sell consumer products online and ship orders only within the United Kingdom.

All purchases made through the Website are consumer transactions governed by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Hefbud Limited is a Hong Kong-registered company. For standard orders, logistics are handled to avoid additional import duties or VAT at delivery. Orders exceeding £135 may be subject to UK import VAT or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Contract Formation

Product listings constitute an invitation to treat. A binding contract is formed only when:

- your order is confirmed by email, and

- payment has been successfully processed

We may cancel an order prior to dispatch due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Any cancelled order will be fully refunded.

Promotions and Discounts

Discount codes cannot usually be applied retroactively or combined. Refunds for discounted items are based on the amount actually paid.

Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by or licensed to Hefbud Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information and keeping login details confidential.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders if information is incorrect.

Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Return shipping for change-of-mind is the customer’s responsibility.
For faulty items, reasonable return costs are covered by us.
